| Joseph Lee Chief Financial Officer Prior to joining Stockhouse, Joseph was CFO and Corporate Secretary for Digital Payment Technologies, a supplier of High Tech Parking Meters. In his time at Digital, the Company was named the BCTIA’s (BC Technology Industry Association) emerging Company of the Year. Joseph was also responsible for cash management, conversion of debt to equity, an ERP system implementation and the redesign and implementation of operational processes. Prior to this, Joseph was CFO and Corporate Secretary for Coastal Contacts, the second largest online provider of contact lenses in the world. Coastal Contacts experienced revenue growth of $13 million to $67 million in the three years Joseph worked with the company. Joseph’s responsibilities also involved total equity financings of $42 million and the acquisition of two European companies. | |
| Audrey Brownmiller Vice President, Operations Audrey leads Stockgroup’s IT, software production and client services efforts. She joined the company in 2007 from Chancery Software (acquired by Pearson School Systems), where she was Director of Project Management, ultimately leading deployment of information system programs to 160 Canadian DOD schools in North America, the UK and Germany. She previously owned and operated a restaurant chain in Canada and the UK. | |
| Theresa McVean Publisher, Vice President Sales Theresa returned to Stockhouse in 2008 to lead the company’s advertising sales group. In late 2009, Theresa added leadership of Financial Solutions sales as well as the Stockhouse editorial team to her division to become Publisher, Vice President Sales. Theresa has been managing director of online advertising at the Toronto Star/Star Media Group, Canada's largest daily newspaper, and a member of TheStar.com's online executive team. She has also held senior positions at The Globe and Mail, Bell Globemedia and Euro RSCG 4D. | |
| Dale Prosser Director, Human Resources Before joining Stockhouse in January 2008, Dale provided consulting services to organizations in the Lower Mainland in the areas of recruiting, compensation and organizational planning. Prior to this, Dale was Director of Human Resources with OmniRIM Solutions, VP of Customer Services with Chancery Software, and Director of Support Services with the MacMillan/McGraw Hill School Publishing Company. She brings a unique background, combining her experience as a strategic business leader in high technology organizations with her passion for developing top performing teams and effective people practices. | |
